Context

• Coming back from a picnic at Tanglewood with Bartek’s family
• Yo-yo ma and one of the best naps of the year

Crust

• Sourdough crust, very tasty
• Thin and extremely crisp

Ricotta

• Very pleasant, soft and silky
• In place of a sauce, the foundation for the pizza

Mozzarella

• Super thin slices of fresh mozzarella
• Awesome color - browned bubbles

Canadian Bacon

• super tasty and perfect saltiness

Shrimp

• neutral addition (to Bartek anyways)
• contributed to the thai flavors that the pizza had going

Pineapple

• Sweet, canned but nice nonetheless
• matched the other flavors very well

Green Chili Sauce

• Thai curry flavor
• Just a little over the other toppings

Miscellaneous Toppings

• A perfect amount of
• red onion
• made the whole pizza taste very fresh and vibrant
• can’t confirm if the
• dried coconut flakes
• were there or not because the flavor wasn’t very pronounced. Cool idea though

Veggie Alternative: Kalamata Olives

• Vegan option was super delicious as well! Abby is particularly fond of Kalamata olives and these did not disappoint

Additional Thoughts

• Sometimes less is more and Baba Louie knows this. Small amount of each ingredient. Everything is thought out and it’s no accident it all worked so well together
• Masterful fusion of thai and italian cheeses. Somehow better than either could be alone
• Incredible flavor balance
• All of Baba Louie’s pizzas are unique. We had the vegan, “VEGETAZONE BRAVO SPELT”. It too was incredibly fresh and had an impeccable flavor balance
