Context

• pregaming our assembly of the hello kitty gundam

Crust

• BIG chew, very flavorful - more flavorful than your typical pizza dough
• Could use a crispier initial crunch.
• Too chewy for some, just right for abby

Sauce

• Bright
• Cheese and sauce came together nicely
• Good acidity to it

Mozzarella

• cheese was pretty salty - in a good way. It brought the saltiness that was missing from the ham

Ham

• Was a little sweet. Super delicious.
• Very thin slices that didn’t stack excessively
• added to the overall flavor as the juices flavored the entire slice.

Pineapple

• A little larger - chunks not tidbits
• Fresh for sure. So sweet so juicy. I don’t think there’s anything more id want from a pineapple. At this time of year?? Impressive to say the least

Veggie Alternative: Black Olives

• really nice too and the nontraditional shape(s) and strong flavor indicate that it too was of high quality

Additional Thoughts

• very high quality ingredients
• you know it’s gonna be good when the guy at the counter says mooozarella not mozzarella
