Full Review

In an attempt to surprise Abby for valentines day, Bartek actually managed to just annoy her. She needed to pee and did not want to walk quickly to a reservation 30 minutes after class got out. Nonetheless, once we got there we sought the entire experience of blaze Hawaiian pizza. We ordered both a spicy tomato sauce and a traditional one. The spicy sauce, while pretty good and flavorful, did not compliment the Hawaiian extremely well. While it was by no means bad, it wasn’t necessarily better. The standard sauce met our expectations. The smokey ham was a great choice as far as hams go. The hams were large slices which was a nice treat. The crisp and sweet Hawaiis were also super tasty. Overall, everything was good in a standard way. It’s like what olive garden is to Italian food. Except a little better. Blaze played it a little too safe and the score reflects it. Hawaiian is not a flavor for simpletons and its flavor should never be held back.
