Full Review

Despite being unable to hike due to lingering snow at the trail head, we had quite the hunger to satisfy thanks to an unusually fruitful trip to goodwill. E and D pizza company came to the rescue with a beautiful Hawaiian. The colors were very well coordinated and fit the coming spring season so well. At the foundation was a thin and crispy crust with some bubbles which is always a treat. The crust was generously coated with a tomato sauce making it a saucey pie. Thankfully the sauce was tasty. The ham was also very nice and while there was some stacking it never got to the point where it was overwhelming. The pineapple together with the hams formed a great distribution which delivered the flavor oh so well. Not only this but the toppings were secure and the pizza was able to pass Abby’s topping security assessment (ATSA). Topping it all off was a welcomed sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Perhaps the parmesan was able to work as an edible, super delicious sawdust which mitigated grease buildup as the grease contents of the pizza was relatively low. Unfortunately the downfall of this pizza was the pineapple but it really didn’t have to be that way. It was just very inconsistent. Some bites were truly exquisite while others were merely pretty well above average
