Little City Pizza
The Hawaiian pizza was a hidden menu item at little city pizza. A hidden gem. This take on the Hawaiian pizza was a little unorthodox. Rather than ham, little city pizza opts for pancetta. While unexpected, the flavor was quite exceptional. The pizza had a layer of tomato sauce and the entire pie was held down with a fantastic crust. The only thing that was lacking, was unfortunately the pineapple. There a high variability in the sweetness of the pineapple and the distribution was very sparse. We believe that the Hawaiian pizza should not be a hidden menu item and receive the dedication, and attention it deserves. This would likely increase the quality control and in turn greatly elevate the flavor potential of the pizza. While this pizza was full of flavor, it was outshined by the mashed potato pizza which is admittedly a masterpiece . This isn’t a necessarily bad thing though, this means there plenty potential in this dough / sauce combo however it was not quite realized with the Hawaiian. Like stated earlier, with more dedication this could be a top tier pie. Abby tipped the somewhat rude waiter (that may have been portrayed as superman in the menu) with several stacks of coins. Naturally they included a foreign coin to cause a little trouble. Expectedly, the stacks of coins turned to a pile of coins before leaving.
