• follow up to a really disappointing hike at Hubbard Park (major car brain energy)

Crust

• extremely dense (literally, it’s a very heavy pizza)
• dough has no crumb, no flavor, it’s unenjoyable
• crust is very crunchy and smoky which is good

Sauce

• sauce is sweet, not really fitting. Like a bad pasta sauce

Mozzarella

• cheese gave it a pizza roll taste (first impression) and given the rest of the pizza thid was a highlight

Ham

• ham very meaty, no too salty
• Abby was not able to get through a slice

Additional Thoughts

• reminiscent of chuck e cheese and school pizza party pizzas
• initially we said we’d be happy if this was the pizza at a school pizza party. But by the time we finished eating, this was rescinded. Just like any positive thoughts we had about the pizza.
• the flavor is a representative of the town’s post industrial decl
