Context

• First pizza in Munich, also first hot meal despite being the second day.
• much much much better than nona me. Trolled a little by the presumably, allegedly, supposedly Scwabish chef

Crust

• Bootleg NYC crust
• thin with minimal chew. When you bring down your teeth you get right through it.
• Flourery flavor, kind of like pita chip.

Sauce

• Worst part
• shallow flavor of unincorporated dried spices

Mozzarella

• Very good, perhaps from Italy

Ham

• Good - meaty, not too salty

Pineapple

• Sweet, canned but unlike the ones in the US - more structurally sound, robust

Veggie Alternative: Black Olives

• Full olive (pitted thankfully)
• not too salty, quite nice
