Context

• Jumping back into things after being terribly disappointed many times
• Bartek wore the HPC sweater

Crust

• The thinnest of all time, razor thin
• Stays crispy and doesn’t turn a lasagna sheet
• Perfect mix of a crunchy cracker but some bites had a good chew
• Blend of swedish flatbread and new haven style

Sauce

• Fresh flavorful
• Italian, well seasoned
• Somehow didn’t make the pizza wet

Mozzarella

• Super tasty
• Did the thing with the sauce where it turns into a homogeneous mix
• Perfect amount

Ham

• Super thin
• Salty
• Flavourful
• Tasted like a ham you would eat for dinner. Like it was cooked with a twig of thyme or someshit
• Not the primitive meaty flavor that you find elsewhere
• Abby not only ate the whole piece but enjoyed it too

Pineapple

• Weakness, canned
• Variability in sweetness and firmness
• This isn’t DOLE either - perhaps milbona or JA!

Veggie Alternative:

• Cheese was genuinely good, tasted like cheetos with a hint of camambert (brie)
• Sticky but improved as it cooled

Additional Thoughts

• Cut it yourself, very fun and engaging. Immersive
• Can keep an eye on the chefs with the layout of the restaurant
• Cheese sauce ham and crust were perfectly balanced
• If pineapple was better this would be S tier
• First Hawaiian in
• Germany
• Europe that we’d have again
