Overview

Context

• Had this one after quite a hiatus. Had to reevaluate after the salsa pizza in Cambridge.
• impeccable timing. We were there just as it finished being cooked, was nice and hot

Crust

• Excellent. Crispy but not dry. Little chewy

Sauce

• very tomatoey, fresh, bright.
• Primary flavor very good but mysteriously missing from 1/4 of the pizza

Mozzarella

• cheese very stretchy there was a little more than average but it was really tasty
• hadn’t had real cheese in a long time so it was especially nice

Canadian Bacon

• Very flavorful and tasty. Perfect Hawaiian flavor

Pineapple

• pineapple not very flavorful or good. Just some canned tidbits

Veggie Alternative: Black Olives

• no comment

Additional Thoughts

• really good pizza but without the appropriate caliber of pineapple, it falls short being a really good Hawaiian
