Crust

• very soft
• crust is the weakness of this pizza but it really works - kind of like a naan

Manchurian Sauce

• Indian version of general choa sauce according to Amiel. Sweet, curry flavor
• big curry flavor , reminiscent of Curry Wurst. Brings a spicy warmth to the pizza.
• saltiness (that is normally the responsibility of the ham) was supplied by the sauce

Mozzarella

• pretty cheesy but light

Pineapple

• pineapple super sweet and nice

Red Onion

• onion is crispy, not fully cooked. There’s a sharpness to them

Additional Thoughts

• Eating in a CVS parking lot
• interrupted by teenage domestic violence (verbal). Bartek tried to deceive the fucked man by saying someone was taking his car - not very effective
• most delicious vegan pizza
• great pizza if you have no teeth
• everything turns into a sauce as you start eating
• no ham / ham alternative and it wasn’t missing it!! Incredible
